The trail starts in Paproty. From there, head south, going past the sand and gravel pit. At the intersection, turn right and follow the narrow-gauge railway tracks to reach Sulechówko where you can see a church from the late 18 th century and the ruins of the von Schlieffen family mausoleum in the forest. Leaving Sulechówko, head east towards Bartolino and Niemica, going past the Niemica Pond along the way. In Niemica, you can visit the 15 th -century church built on the site of an even older wooden temple.

Following the markings, turn left into the gravel road after Niemica and follow it for around 5 km to reach the “Wysoka Góra” (High Hill) peat bog where you will find an observation tower. From there, continue south towards Sieciemin where you will find the 19 th -century church of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. The trail will then take you further south to Przytok and Szczeglino, past the “Sieciemińskie Rosiczki” nature reserve which protects valuable species of carnivorous plants. The final stop of the trip is Wyszebórz. There is an old mansion there on the premises of the former State Agricultural Farm.

The Megaliths Trail will take you to one of the most important archaeological sites in the Koszalin region – the Neolithic burial ground in the village of Borkowo which includes Poland’s only passage chamber tomb. The tomb is 5 m long and was built with 12 stone blocks. The three other, rectangular passage tombs are much larger and do not have burial chambers inside. There are also five burial mounds there.
