The construction of the church in Dobrzyca was completed in 1867, but the exact date of its commencement is unknown. It was erected in the neo-Gothic style, made of red brick, with a four-sided tower topped with a pyramidal roof with a cross at the front. The bell hanging in it comes from another, earlier temple, as evidenced by the date 1661 on it. The interior of the church is quite austere. There are stained glass windows ending in a semicircle. Until 1945 it belonged to Protestants, it was consecrated for the Catholic church in later years.
