The Romanesque church located on a small hill in the heart of the village of Sierakowo Sławieńskie was built in the 15 th century. In the 18 th century, it underwent a major reconstruction. The temple is oriented, which means that the nave faces east. It has a rectangular shape with a steeple in the front. The bell in the steeple is dated 1805 and was cast in J.M. Meyer’s workshop. The church interiors are modest and include a Renaissance altar with a painting of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a confessional cabinet and a timber organ gallery. The cemetery originally surrounding the temple has not survived.
