Fisherman’s cottage on the courtyard of the Museum in Koszalin Fisherman’s cottage on the courtyard of the Museum in Koszalin

  • Address : ul. Młyńska 37-39, Koszalin
This traditional half-timbered fisherman’s cottage with a thatch roof from 1869 was relocated to the Koszalin Museum in 1983 from the village of Dąbki at Lake Bukowe. For many years, it housed the exhibition on the village of Jamno near Koszalin. Cottages like this were very common in Central Pomerania. The Jamno Open Air Museum was eventually relocated to “Zagroda Jamneńska” museum and the cottage now houses the exhibition on everyday life in Pomerania in mid-20th century.
